All communication is handled via in-game private messages. During this stage, we will confirm preparation requirements and agree on a delivery schedule.

Players prepare their guild based on the agreed conditions before the scheduled delivery day (Saturday UTC).
We perform two delivery checks on Saturday UTC:
If the guild is ready at the first checkpoint, delivery is completed immediately. If not, a second check will be performed later the same day.
If neither checkpoint meets the required conditions, the delivery will be canceled for that cycle.
All timing is based on UTC to ensure fairness across all regions. Please make sure your guild is ready before Saturday.
